A Free Writing Workshop for Essential Workers

Creative Writing can be a way to express our emotions, thoughts, feelings; it can help access our inner voices; it can help us release, express and reflect during challenging times.

Along with Poetry on the Streets' "Essential Voices from the Pandemic" project, I am offering two creative writing workshops below. Each session will incorporate a brief meditation, reading a published piece of writing, free-writing exercises, and opportunity to share with others.

No experience necessary. Must have access to Zoom.

Register now for one of the following times by emailing your name/date requested/job to poetryonthestreets@gmail.com. Spaces will fill quickly.

Workshop date/times:

Saturday, June 27th ~ 11am-12pm

Tuesday, July 7th~ 6-7pm
